About the Project
What started as a two spec suite and core hallway upgrade quickly transformed into an entire floor project. Although the decision was made during construction, DFS was still able to complete the project four weeks ahead of schedule. The building presented a number of unique challenges, such as working around residential and retail areas, which required flexible scheduling. The change in schedule was made possible by selecting alternate finishes and working closely with suppliers and the architect to obtain and install the best matches to the original design.
