About the Project
The CUMA project consisted of updating the entire building in the heart of the City of Fairfax. The project included building core restroom upgrades, elevator modernization, conversion of old radio/broadcast space into offices, remediation of the parking deck structure and parking, new HVAC systems and exterior entrance access. Completed as a design build project, the varying needs of the user were accomplished economically in a truly unique building. In addition to the core facilities, the makeup of the space is comprised of open office areas, multiple lobbies and pantries, personalized offices and conferencing areas.
