CIAB

About the Project

CIAB began with a full demolition of the entire former suite, which was then followed by building it back on a multi-tenant, occupied floor.  Painted, exposed deck ceilings can be seen throughout the entire office, occasionally covered by circular “clouds” constructed of drywall and acoustical Pyrock to absorb noise throughout the open floor plan.  To meet the needs of the client, a state-of-the art catering kitchen was designed and built, featuring custom millwork cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring, stainless steel countertops, and stainless steel fixtures and appliances.  The main conference room located off of the reception area was constructed with a custom-built Hopes operable partition system, re-configurable conference tables, a wall-mounted flat screen television, custom millwork wall cabinets with stone countertops and a tri-level step-down ceiling design with a combination of cove and downlights.

All the light fixtures are controlled by a Lutron dimming system thus allowing the tenant to set numerous scenes and lighting settings for scenarios from entertaining to professional trainings. To also allow for maximum natural light to extend into the interior workstations, Perimeter Offices feature full height glass Nello demountable partition fronts.
