DFS Construction was contracted by KLNB to construct both their offices in Tysons, VA and Washington, DC consecutively allowing the client to maintain their operations throughout construction.
Through early planning, coordinated reviews with the architect, and early release, materials were able to be procured in an expeditious manner resulting in a greatly reduced time on site.
Despite the extensive front-of-house finishes, the projects were each completed in a 10 week on site period. Both site focus on front-of-house “living room” in DC, and front-of-house bar and assembly spaces in Tysons. The more formal conference rooms abut this area, allowing them to be conducive breakout areas. The balance of the spacehas a combination of both open and closed offices.
