DFS has completed multiple projects for Acumen. These projects include the construction of a new 8th floor office, an expansion of the 8th floor, 10th floor office, and an ornamental connecting stair.
The floor plates were built out with glass front conference, a combination of open and private offices, an intricate layout of open and closed ceilings, including acoustic clouds, and multiple pantries.
The connecting stair was cut in and installed while the tenant floor was occupied, requiring enhanced and frequent communication of activities with the client. The stair and adjacencies feature glass railings, tile treads, and lacquer millwork wraps.
