At the American Counseling Association (ACA), the post-COVID workplace has been completely reimagined. The design emphasizes a hybrid model, with 50% of the space dedicated to collaborative areas and the other 50% to offices and workstations. The vibrant, open environment features dynamic colors like teal, deep blues, chartreuse green, and gray. Natural light flows through glass walls, illuminating breakrooms, huddle spaces, and conference rooms. Height-adjustable desks, ergonomic seating, and smart lighting enhance the workspace, creating an inviting and adaptable “destination” for ACA employees.
