DFS Construction delivered a sophisticated workplace transformation for the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU). The project reimagined AASCU’s office into a modern, hospitality-driven environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and employee wellness while reinforcing the organization’s professional identity. The space features a welcoming arrival area, executive and large conference rooms, open office environments, private offices, phone rooms, breakout spaces, and a thoughtfully designed staff lounge complete with custom millwork and integrated amenity areas.
The project showcased a high level of craftsmanship through the integration of demountable glass office fronts, custom wood ceiling features, acoustical felt systems, recessed lighting details, and premium finish selections throughout. DFS coordinated the installation of intricate ceiling systems, specialty lighting, AV integration, and custom architectural elements to create a seamless and highly functional workplace experience.
