Are millennials the main reason for outrageous amenity additions? DFS principal Mac Forsyth, tends to think so. DFS Construction is currently in the process of putting a basketball court on the roof of 1776 Eye St. at the Rockrose building; setting it well apart from any “standard” office building. Mac believes that these types of amenities are designed with the intent to attract young professionals, as opposed to the original office model which caters to generation x users.
