About the Project
The SmartBrief project comprised of 32,000 square feet on the entire 6th floor of 555 11th Street, NW. The space features a combination of open work areas, enclosed offices and a large break room that includes stainless steel roll-up doors and unique millwork with glass tile backsplashes. The corridors, with sealed concrete floors and painted open ceilings, direct to the multiple meeting rooms that are highlighted with cork paneling and sliding glass door systems. The project was completed over a span of 10 weeks and was completed while two other contractors were in the building, including one contractor located directly below allowing schedule coordination of the 56 floor penetrations.
