About the Project
This unique project, built on two floors of 711 D Street, makes use of the original building elements to complement the new finishes. In an effort to exemplify the mission on the tenant, all the materials used in constructing the space were American made. One of the added challenges in constructing this project was that it was built simultaneously with the completion of the base building’s reconstruction. It features 9’ doors and sidelights at the offices, structural steel dividing walls, and is configured around an exterior patio, allowing the pantry and conference areas to open up for flexible circulation.
