Trident GMG
Details
The scope included the full interior build-out including new partitions, ceilings, lighting, millwork, and a complete integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support a pantry and wellness room while maintaining existing building infrastructure such as HVAC, sprinklers, and life safety systems. Working within these constraints required precise coordination to seamlessly tie new systems into existing conditions without disruption to building operations.
A key feature of the project is the strategic use of demountable glass partitions, which enhance natural light penetration while maintaining acoustic performance in partner offices and conference rooms. The inclusion of both open and enclosed collaboration spaces, ranging from large and medium conference rooms to huddle rooms, supports a variety of workstyles and reinforces flexibility in how the space is used day-to-day. A thoughtfully integrated wellness room,a fully equipped pantry, and open collaboration zones create a workplace that prioritizes comfort and functionality. Custom millwork elements include a reception area and conference room credenza.
