The repositioning of One Glover included a modernized façade with iron ore paint, warm wood panels, a bronze-clad canopy, and a dramatic entry featuring fluted glass doors and brass accents, enhanced by an outdoor “front porch” seating area inspired by the Glover Park neighborhood’s green spaces.
The One Glover lobby renovation involved a comprehensive renovation of the main lobby, which included a full interior revamp, exterior storefront glass installation, a new canopy, refreshed main entry façade, and updates to the exterior stairs. Additionally, the entire building’s metal panels and window frames were repainted. Coordinating with building tenants was crucial, as the ground floor housed a 24/7 TV station, whose primary access was through the elevator lobby, and a daycare with its own specific needs. The construction team successfully managed the phasing and construction schedules, ensuring 100% access for all tenants while completing the project on time. The new finishes and design completely transformed the building’s vibe, look, and feel.
