Medallia’s East Coast headquarters transformed a dated office into a sophisticated, technology-focused environment centered on connection, flexibility, and employee experience. The project balanced a modern workplace vision with strategic reuse of existing architectural elements.
The program includes private offices, conference and collaboration spaces, a classroom, boardroom, podcast and wellness rooms, touchdown areas, pantries, and focused-work spaces, while integrating existing workstations, concrete flooring, ceiling baffles, and select rooms with new finishes and construction. This approach reduced material waste while seamlessly blending preserved elements with the new design.
The floor plate’s irregular geometry introduced complex floor and ceiling transitions, requiring precise coordination and custom solutions that transformed challenging existing conditions into cohesive elements of the finished space.
