The project was a full buildout of a 25,000 square foot facility to house three organizations with a common commitment: supporting the agricultural economy. The Fertilizer Institute, Crop Life America, and the Agricultural Retailers Association each champion a different aspect of the nation’s agricultural system and their distinct areas in the new space are visually designated through the use of individual brand color palettes.
A large wall of greenery is located in the reception area, while “barn stalls” in the common area reference agrarian structures with the use of wood and metal. As in agriculture, natural light is important in the workspace. With individual offices located around the perimeter of the building, sshape incorporated large side glass panels to allow light to flow into the interior spaces.

working bees whose work sustains U.S. agriculture.
