The CUMA project consisted of updating the entire building in the heart of the City of Fairfax. The project included building core restroom upgrades, elevator modernization, conversion of old radio/broadcast space into offices, remediation of the parking deck structure and parking, new HVAC systems and exterior entrance access.
Completed as a design build project, the varying needs of the user were accomplished economically in a truly unique building. In addition to the core facilities, the makeup of the space is comprised of open office areas, multiple lobbies and pantries, personalized offices and conferencing areas.
