The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators’ (AAMVA) office is a high-end buildout designed to support both private and collaborative work. The striking logo sign greets you as soon as you come off the elevator. The space additionally features executive offices, large and medium conference rooms, phone and wellness rooms, an IT suite, and an open work area anchored by a pantry cafe with branding elements throughout.
Construction included extensive demolition and reconfiguration of partitions, specialty light fixtures, and installation of custom millwork throughout. Curved ceilings with integrated lighting and mechanical systems were coordinated with new finishes and flooring to create a seamless workplace environment. Careful attention was given to system coordination, accessibility, and protection of existing base building elements. The result is a polished, high-performing office space that balances flexibility and function while meeting AAMVA’s operational and branding needs.
