Details
Located in the historic Paper Mill Building in Georgetown, this project was able to capitalize on numerous unique building conditions and incorporate them into the space’s aesthetic. On the upper half level is located a large pantry/ social room overlooking the Potomac River and features writable surfaces, a printed ceiling mural, stainless steel counters, and multiple preparation areas.
The interior glass and stair connects this area to the main floor/ reception area. The balance of the space is comprised of conference rooms, open and closed offices, and features a combination of metal panel and open ceilings. A second stair connects the reception to a lower half level comprised of lounge areas and additional office space.
