About the Project
This in-place renovation was constructed at night over 5 weeks, and restates elements existing within tenant’s space. The custom millwork panels, floating stone wall element, and stone floors personify the level of detail and standard of quality consistent with the firm’s place in the market. Key consideration was given to the nature of the temporary walls used during construction to isolate the area from the adjacent pantry and office; these walls were finished so as not to suggest any work was occurring. This technique allowed the space to be a complete reveal at completion.
