Financial Services Forum
About the Project
Financial Services Forum’s new office space features a lot of modern materials and sleek designs. The entrance and reception show off the attention to detail considered through construction as the stone feature wall is mirrored and has many joints, all of which line up perfectly with the light fixtures and glass. This design decision is repeated throughout the space, such as in the open office space where the fabric wrapped panel joints align with the pendant lights and back painted glass. Moderus’ architectural wall systems were installed at all office fronts, creating a seamless look. It was important to the client to have an amazing conference room, so a state-of-the-art AV package was installed to accommodate all of their needs and more. Throughout the entire office, neutral colors and materials were used to give it a modern feel. A great example of this is the natural wood floor that runs through most of the office. Natural wood is also seen in the pantry, complimented by a bright, white stone top with waterfall edges. Although the space is filled with sleek and modern design elements, the true beauty of this project is shown in the impeccable quality of construction.
