About the Project
This in place renovation of the existing law offices was completed over 8 weeks, replacing the finishes throughout, reconfiguring the open and closed offices, reception and conferencing areas. While maintaining the daily operation of the firm, the central library was relocated, as well as the main kitchen and work room. Sensitive to the budgetary constraints, in many areas the existing millwork was inventoried, removed, modified, and reinstalled in alternate secondary locations. Key to the project’s success was the continual communication with the on-site client representation.
