The reimagining of the Institute for Justice space required the project team to be very attentive to integrating new systems and details with the existing elements that were remaining, especially given the space was being renovated while the client still occupied it.
Constructed in multiple phases over two full floors, the project was a close collaboration between the occupying client and the DFS field team.
Modern enhancements brought new life to the space. Key elements include the recording studio, library, reception and gathering areas, and new pantries and assembly spaces. The reception is a great example of the work done to integrate updated millwork walls and ceilings to complement the dark, multi-piece wood window and door frames.
