The Flats at Atlas is a multifamily luxury community located near the H Street, Atlas, Trinidad, and Rosedale communities. The Flats represent an important investment in the local community, bringing high-quality housing to an area that had not benefited from new residential development in many years. DFS was contracted to renovate the extensive amenities on the property, including a dual-level swimming pool with in-water lounge area, zen meditation courtyard, conference room with study pods, rooftop dog run and wash, a cafe, expansive fitness center with weight and cardio rooms, an indoor basketball court, and restrooms.
