The renovation of CDIA’s space was performed in six weeks, while occupied by the tenant, and entailed the complete relocation of the LAN room, as well as construction of a new kitchen, reception, conference rooms, offices, copy room, and suite entry.
During the second week of the project, the LAN room was relocated, including supplemental air units, server, and power service. Through detailed preparation and schedule coordination, the final switch over was able to be made in a four hour period without interruption to the daily operations of the client.
