This 35,000 square foot in-place renovation project is located in Washington, DC. It is through close coordination with the tenant, construction manager, and design team that DFS was able to deliver the project without disruption to the ongoing operations of the firm.
The phases of the renovation included the suite’s reception area, elevator lobby, conference rooms, private offices, and open workstations.
